Eugene Keane
Chief Executive Officer
Eugene is the CEO of all EKO Divisions, operating primarily in the fields of renewable energy, property portfolio management and the development of international joint ventures. Coming from a construction background with experience of managing in excess of 1,000 units, his expertise in project management involves complex land acquisitions, client negotiations, managing design teams, legal and corporate governance and budgets.
More recently he has been a catalyst in the development of international business development in China, UAE and the UK and continues to build successful business partnerships across the globe. He holds a B.Sc. in Construction Management from the Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT) and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.

Executive Director
Dr. Yupeng Liu is an Executive Director of EKO Integrated Services focusing on strategic partnership development and corporate/project fund raising. Dr. Liu is active in raising equity for large international infrastructure and renewable energy projects and for building strong business networks between China and Ireland. He has extensive experience in designing and providing complex global strategic development and business transformation initiatives for international enterprises across multiple sectors. He has successfully conceived, managed and delivered major projects across the globe.
He is Chair of the Industry and Commerce Association of Ireland (ICAOI). Dr. Liu was a Lecturer in Computer Science at Technological University Dublin and was a Government of Ireland Research Scholar awarded by IRCSET. He holds a PhD in Computational & Mathematical Modelling and has a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science from Technological university Dublin and Trinity College Dublin.

Liz is a founding director of EKO and is a highly experienced Senior Manager in the fields of property management, construction, renewable energy and business development. She is exceptionally competent in the minutiae of the planning system, property purchase and sale and more recently on wind and solar farm projects.
Liz is also highly experienced in corporate governance and compliance relating to contracts and completion of certification. She places client relationship at the forefront of the company’s culture and has thorough oversight of the day to day running of the company. Liz is a Business Studies (Property Management) graduate of Galway Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT).

Liam holds responsibilities for funding and property within EKO Integrated Services. He has 20 years of Business Banking / Corporate Funding experience with senior leadership roles in both Risk Management and Business Development, most recently at Rabobank in Ireland.
Liam has funding experience across a broad range of sectors including, commercial property, residential property, SME, pharmaceutical, healthcare, agricultural and renewable sectors. He also has significant experience in Special Asset Management (Corporate), insolvency, examinership and recovery. He also acts as an Independent Director. Liam holds a BBS in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Limerick.

Eamonn’s career has involved delivering exceptional results on high-profile projects within the real estate and construction industry over fifteen years. Based in the USA, his proficiency in managing complex and large scale commercial ventures adds appreciably to his capacity to advise on project management. As a practised professional he brings a unique experience to the success of property and logistics projects within EKO. A highly effective leader and communicator, Eamonn excels at fostering strong stakeholder relationships. His strategic mind-set and team philosophy are key to his high level achievements. He holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from Limerick Institute of Technology and a Masters of Applied Science in Enterprise Systems, equipping him with a strong ethos of innovation and a meticulous approach to people, process and technology

Kevin Wang

Kevin Wang (Shuai Wang) has a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from NUI Maynooth and is experienced in Irish (European) and Chinese engineering standards and methods. He worked as an engineering consultant to the Transport Planning and Research Institute of Transport (TPRI) of the Ministry of Transport (MOT) of China in Beijing.
Kevin joined EKO in 2019 and is involved in the development of business relationships and the introduction of Chinese companies to Ireland in the fields of renewable energy and other infrastructure projects. As a key player in the EKO team, he oversees Irish project site visits for Chinese engineers and executives, advising on cultural and behavioural differences and practical issues. Kevin is fluent in Chinese and English.

Niall has 30 years of commercial experience with Diageo, a global leader in beverage alcohol across an outstanding brand collection of spirits and beer. He specialised in client partnerships, group account management, marketing, sales operations and managing ‘route to market’ projects. Niall was Customer Lead for Hotel & On-trade channels as well as Drinks Federations.
Niall has built successful business partnerships through managing clients’ challenges, gaining pertinent insight and identifying business opportunities. Bringing projects from infancy to long-term growth has resulted in his playing a pivotal role in the launch of multiple brands such as Roe & Co Whiskey, Rockshore Lager and others across his career.

Noreen Buckley

Noreen is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in management of financial accounting and reporting functions across multiple geographies. Before joining EKO she held the post of Financial Manager with Vertiv International DAC, a global IT Solutions Provider. She is currently responsible for providing actionable and proactive analysis for EKO senior executives.
Noreen oversees and monitors monthly activities including analysis and management of operating expenses, reporting of actual and accurate financial statements and forecasting results. She is a graduate in Business Studies from the University of Limerick and is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants.

In his professional experience, Seamus has delivered some of the most challenging Wind Energy projects in Ireland. He has worked in Engineering Consultancy practices, in the Local Authority sector and with Mercury Engineering where he delivered Gas and Oil EPC Projects with multi-racial workforces in isolated and challenging desert environments. He is a founding member of EKO.
Seamus is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of Engineers Ireland. He studied Civil Engineering in National University of Ireland, Galway and holds a Master’s in Engineering Project Management from SSE’s Project Management Academy at Strathclyde University. He has an Diploma in Corporate Finance from Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Kathleen is owner/executive of KT Sullivan & Associates, LLC. She is a leadership and organisational development consultant and a certified executive coach. Kathleen was Vice-President of Human Resources & Public Affairs for a global energy company and served as Senior Director, European IT support services with a global consumer products company.
Kathleen held leadership positions in Call Center Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, and Information Technology. She is co-author of “THINKLOVE Leadership, A Guidebook to Activate Your True Power”. Kathleen has an MBA and a BS degree in Business Administration. She has served on the board of trustees for Georgian Court University and the advisory board for the University of Idaho’s Public Utility Executive Program.

Bernard is an international property investment and asset management consultant. He offers a unique blend of consultancy and management support services, overseeing property investments and developments, funds and stock portfolios in Ireland, England, Spain, Estonia and the USA.
Bernard’s extensive experience includes leading innovative engineering initiatives and project management in the fields of design, manufacturing and quality control for indigenous Irish companies and multinational organisations such as Microsoft and Donnelly Mirrors.
Bernard holds a B.Eng. (Mechanical), M.Eng.Sc. (Masters of Engineering Science), M.I.E. (Master’s in Industrial Engineering) and an MBA (Masters in Business Administration) – all from University College Dublin. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers in Ireland.

Des is an MBA graduate from the University of Leicester, a Member of the Project Management Institute and holds Legal Certification in Commercial Contracts from the Law Society of Ireland. He has extensive operations management experience with General Electric (GE) providing services to Aerospace, Oil, Gas & Power generation industries. Des has led geographically dispersed and diverse teams in planning and execution of major projects.
Des is practiced in ISO Certification and accreditation processes. He has also led planning, due diligence and grid application for Annacotty Solar Farm in Co. Limerick and the delivery of Curraghderrig Wind Farm in Co. Kerry from design and construction through to energisation.

Fintan Mac Coitir

Fintan has vast civil and construction project management experience over a 30-year period of multi-million sterling/euro projects in Ireland and the UK. He was involved in the Thames Tideway Project at Greenwich Pumping Station and King Edward Memorial Park with responsibility for reinforced concrete works for Tunnel Boring Machine.
In the UK, Fintan’s’ employers included major civil / infrastructure contractors. His work included buried services and ducting installation on projects valued in the range of £10-£20m. In Ireland, Fintan has worked on similar type projects including the construction of a 400kVa Substation at Oldstreet, Galway. He is a Graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway and has a Management Diploma from the University of Limerick.

Tommy Doherty

Tommy has extensive financial experience in the private sector in Ireland, UK and in the USA. He supports senior management in operational decisions linked to the company’s business objectives and its long and short-term decision making. Tommy has responsibility for the collation, checking and analysis of financial information including pre-purchase portfolio analysis for project viability.
He works on strategies for minimising financial risk to the company and stays up to date with technological advances and accounting software. Tommy prepares reports, commentaries and financial statements, deals with taxation compliance and corporate structure issues in conjunction with external consultants.

Deirdre Keane
Senior Architect
A Graduate in Architecture from University College Dublin, Deirdre has extensive design experience on hospital, commercial and residential developments. She has worked on all stages of construction projects, from design and build to completion. Among the highlights of her career is design development and management of construction information within an architectural team.
Deirdre has liaised with design teams, project managers and prepared planning applications and tender submissions in addition to construction drawings, project management, site inspection through to final certification. She is a Member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland.

Suzy is a well-practised professional in administration and employee relations within a culture of entrepreneurship and technology development. She holds a BL, LLB degree from the University of Limerick covering company & contract law, equity & trusts, land, commercial and labour law. Her extensive administrative experience has been in supporting the setting up of a new spin-out company, Hooke Bio (Research Centre) within Stokes Laboratory at the University of Limerick.
Suzy project-managed EU funded grants, collaboration agreements between grant partners and co-ordinated files and legal documents with company’s lawyers for seed round investment from both the private and state sector. She brings a wealth of knowledge and know-how to her role as Senior Project Manager with EKO.

Before joining EKO she successfully ran her own Health & Wellness consultancy company. Eric Xu (Loushuai Xu) has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from University College Dublin. He is a highly skilled technical support manager with 8 years’ experience delivering innovative IT initiatives, resource management and cross-functional leadership. He has excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills. Eric is the Technical Support Manager with EKO and is responsible for running and managing the company’s technical support department. He will balance this with collaborative focus to forge solid relationships with clients while giving clear direction to teams and departments. Eric is fluent in Chinese and English.

Joe is an Architectural Technologist in a career spanning over 25 years. His particular area of expertise is in applying a commercial approach to creative design. Joe provides the highest standards of professional competence in delivering technical design, procurement and process management solutions for the client.
He holds a BSc. degree in Architectural Technology and a Higher Diploma in Project Management with day-to-day high-level capability in planning, sequencing and scheduling of projects and prioritising competing responsibilities. Joe is AutoCAD proficient, skilled in contract administration with a keen ability to work simultaneously with multiple stakeholders.

Prior to joining Rengen Power Sharon was a Services Manager for the largest independent provider of nursing home care in Ireland. In her current role as Renewable Energy Administration Officer, she is responsible for assisting with the stakeholder management of Wind Farm Portfolios and actively supporting all aspects of Renewable Energy Project Development. Sharon champions our Health, Safety and Wellbeing ethos at Rengen Power.

Orla is a recent Bachelor of Civil Law Graduate from University College Cork. During her time at University, she held several Administrative positions as part of the UCC Law Society, with particular interest in the areas of Property Law and Environmental Law. Additionally, Orla is sole Administrator for her family farm in Tipperary on a part-time basis. She is the front of house executive at EKO, primarily responsible for daily administrative duties and office management.

Gerry worked as a G4S Security Guard for industrial and commercial premises including detection and investigation of intrusion, monitoring security systems and the entrance and departure of employees and visitors. He is FETAC trained in Door Security Procedures and his work also involved report writing.
He was previously a production supervisor at Finsa Forestry Products completing product plans, executing schedules and meeting required targets. Gerry ensured preventative maintenance of equipment, evaluation of new equipment and techniques and is trained in health and safety standards.

A graduate in Business Administration from PUC – University of Campinas in Sao Paulo, Brazil, with a primary focus on Logistics and a first honours BSc in Information Technology from the College of Computing Technology (CCT) Dublin. Logistics Supervisor at Aqces Logistics in Sao Paolo, he managed high volume and performance collection operations, planning and routing deliveries and optimisation of vehicles.
His responsibility in the team is managing the implementation and co-ordination of warehousing and associated distribution and transportation. It further includes supply chain management, proficiency in relevant logistics software and compliance with laws and regulations.

Xiwen Yin has a Finance and Accounting background and has experience in E-commerce resulting from her last position. She joined EKO Beijing Office as an administrator in 2017 and is responsible for liaising between EKO Ireland Headquarters and their Beijing Office. Xiwen oversees the sourcing and management of the supply chain in China. Additionally, Xiwen liaises with Chinese Customs and freight forwarding companies to ensure the smooth delivery of the import and export arm of EKO.

Estelle Fu (Zuer Fu) holds a Master’s Degree in Renewable Energy and Environmental Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Coventry University, with extensive teamwork experience through involvement in Youth Entrepreneurship programs in Singapore. Estelle has previously worked as a CFO assistant in a medical firm in China, mainly assisting with business negotiations between the company and banks. Prior to joining EKO, she worked as a medical interpreter in a hospital in Dublin and improved hundreds of patients’ experiences while in the role. Estelle is currently providing support to EKO’s operations in the fields of renewable energy and global trade. Estelle is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Yong Xiang Wang specialises in the medical and health services sector. She was previously the chairman and legal representative of Jilin Guowen Hospital Co., Ltd. and an associate professor at Yanbian University. Her experience spans multiple areas including hospital administration, pharmaceutical development and management.
Ms. WANG has vast experience in setting up multiple medical facilities and pharmaceutical companies in Asia. Her expertise in hospital development, management, and her strong network of connections in the industry brings invaluable experience in her role within EKO in our distribution and project development divisions.
